so interesting that this name appears. i thought it had been terminated years ago.
i ran several anti-trust lawsuits against major[cia-connected] american corporations. bribery was a key to their monopolistic hold.
but how did the bribery work. it worked like this. the corporation[s] granted key conspirator employees stock that was held by cede in nominee accts.
as long as the bribee played ball, that stock would continue to run. if the bribee were to abandon that relationship, then the nominee acct would disappear.
my guess is that cede & company has been playing that role for decades.
