"Fed 'twist program' doesn't rule out QE3"..... ooooooooo k.....soooooo does it "rule-IN" QE3, mo-rons?!? If not (which is my best guess, taking the Fed's comments strictly at face value, this is not what I believe personally, they will be FORCED to do more money printing, but anyway), then that is NOT equity friendly!!"
